The value for money at this hotel was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was incredibly cozy. The location was also fantastic, conveniently close to Av Paulista. But what really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to help me when I had a toothache, assisting me in finding a hospital and even locating the medicine I needed. Their kindness and helpfulness made my stay truly memorable.
Breakfast delights could have been better with more variety.

During my recent stay at Intercontinental, I was delighted by the breathtaking views from my higher floor room. The location in Jardim Paulista was perfect, allowing me to easily visit the MASP museum. Despite the bustling city, the hotel's security measures made me feel safe and secure. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after a long day, and I especially appreciated the gym on the lower floor to help me unwind. The concierge was professional and helpful in recommending great restaurants nearby.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a blast! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to enjoy. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. I particularly loved the fact that the hotel had a delicious breakfast spread and a well-equipped gym. It was a great way to start the day and stay in shape during my stay.
There were a couple of negative aspects that dampened my experience. the cleanliness of the rooms was below par.

Situated in the heart of the city, it was conveniently close to the airport and in the vibrant Paulista area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel, including balconies to enjoy the views. I also have to mention the breakfast buffet, which was a true highlight. Fresh fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, and made-to-order eggs made for a delicious and satisfying start to the day.
